Just go to your preferred search engine :: coughs :: and search for it. when I looked it had 400 seed and 120 leaches and I got the 229mb download after a very short wait.
I just loaded it on mine a few minuets ago. Every thing seems to work as advertised. I just had to upgrade to iTunes 8.2 and then I was good to go.
Just connect your phone to iTunes and after it is recognized hold down the shift button and click restore. Navigate to the location of the firmware you just downloaded, and your good to go!
Just make sure you do a backup before you do this just in case the restore does not work on you phone.
Cut, copy, and past is there and so is voice recording. Oh, and the search screen is there too, its very useful.
I'll update with any thing weird or odd I find. Though I don't think I'll notice much since they saved the best for the iPhone 3gs. It sucks att is not gonna cut the current iphone 3g users a break. Oh well I'm going to have to blow another half paycheck on the new iPhone like every one else.
